Alexandra & Ainsworth Estate
This Grade II* listed estate in Camden was designed in the 1970's by Neave Brown with external spaces designed by Janet Jack.
Despite the listed status, the estate has been neglected since the 1970's and the paving is cracked and the plants overgrown.
As project lead I oversaw the production of a masterplan report which sensitively proposed a comprehensive range of renovations and innovations that were in keeping with the original design concept.
I carried out extensive consultation with both English Heritage and estates residents association so that our proposals for a landscape of cross-generational play and community gardening gained support and approval.
