QUALITY & SUSTAINABILITY MANUALS
Whilst working at Kinnear Landscape Architects I wrote from scratch both a Quality and a Sustainability Manual for the practice, and gained the ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditation.
For both manuals my approach was to create a user-friendly guide, that a new member of staff could pick up and easily find out anything they wanted to know, from where to find document templates, how a project should be run, to what can be recycled.
The auditor from the accreditation consultancy commented in an email:
“I rarely see the quality and detail that you have produced in these documents.”
